Restauran t— Easy House Vegetarian Cuisine (寬心園精緻蔬食料理)

He-yuan Food and Beverage Co. established the first of its many Easy House Vegetarian Cuisine restaurants in Taichung in 2003. The restaurant's exquisiteness is felt through its modern minimalist design that adopts both Chinese Zan style and Japanese aesthetics. Its cuisine stresses on taste and creativity, which is integrating traditional Taiwanese dishes, French, Italian cooking techniques and the essence of Hong Kong and Japanese Cuisine. It carefully selects quality vegetables, mushrooms, cereals and fruits as food ingredients, adopts the natural cooking method of using low salt, and less oil, and make a series of brand new, natural and healthy vegetarian dishes.

2003 年台中で設立した「和緣餐飲株式会社」が初出店したベジレストラン。中国禅風と日本美学を結合、シンプルモダンな内装に仕上がった。美食と創意を全面に出したメニューは伝統的な台湾料理とフランス・イタリアの調理法、香港・日本のエッセンスを結集し、新しい無国籍なベジフードを創出。厳選した良質な野菜・茸・穀物・果物を減塩・油控えめで調理、素材の味を生かしたナチュラルでヘルシーなベジフードに。支店も続々オープンしている。
