This restaurant is run by three hard-working brothers surnamed Lai who divide their work perfectly. The mutton restaurant’s fine
cuisine is guided and assisted by techniques provided by Lin Yu-kun and his wife who run “Xiagang Mutton Restaurant.” Now the former has three directly-run branches in Taipei. Their sign meaning “Goat is slaughtered only when customer comes. If customer fails to come, goat will not be slaughtered (phonetic pun in Taiwanese showing customer is not knowing anything).” This famous phonetic pun on the sign has helped built a good reputation.
下港也羊肉店の林煜焜夫婦の下で修業・協力を得て頼三兄弟が開業、すでに23 年の歴史があります。ついに台北エリアにも3 つの直営店をオープン。「您來了就宰羊！嘸來還是莫宰羊！ ( 宰羊にいらっしゃい！来てない人も遅れていらっしゃい!)」というユーモアあふれる看板が目印です。
