Restaurant — Summer BBQ Dining (紅巢燒肉工房)



The new restaurant brand, created by Aqua Group in 2009 -- Summer Japanese BBQ Dining(the Chinese name is Red Nest), in which “Red” symbolizes enthusiastic service, and “Nest”symbolizes returning home-like, comfortable dining space. The Japanese bar style BBQ is the first in Taichung. The restaurant upholds the principle of using top ingredients to present the original flavor, so that customers can enjoy the true taste of the food, and that there is no chemical risk in eating grilled meats. With friendly bar style service and attentive table side service, the restaurant hopes to become your other kitchen, bringing a brand new experience to the public. The meat quality and freshness, at Red Nest, are carefully assured so that there is no need to marinate first or serve dipping sauce. The original flavor of the meat is resented by simply seasoning the meat after you order, and then grilling your selection.


2009 年水相グループが新たに手がけた焼肉店。店名の「紅」は熱意溢れるサービス、「巢」は家を表している。カウンター式の和風焼肉店は台中では初。素材そのものの味が生きた特上肉を使用したヘルシーな焼肉が味わえる。カウンターならではの気の利いたサービスと心のこもったテーブルサービス、家でくつろぐように快適な時間を――そんな新たな風を届けたいと願う。品質も鮮度も厳格な審査を通過済み。肉本来の味を提供するため下味付けも調理はすべて客の目の前で行なっている。
