Restaurant— Ou's kitchen (我家廚房)



Based on ideas of freshness, nature, and contribution to human health, this restaurant’s chef de cuisine is former sous chef of The Sherwood. He has introduced five-start hotel’s fine cuisine as well as quality control concept into this restaurant. Retort pouches are refrained from being used. Sea food is purchased personally by wife of the owner who grew up in a fishing village at Audi. Only freshmaterials are treated and dishes served on dining table. Famous dishes include champion beef noodles, various rice dishes, nourishing set menus, spaghetti,casserole, and many other dishes make customers feel at home.
