Restaurant — Feng Zhuan Shark's fin (豐饌魚翅)

When Fengzhuan Shark Fins was established in 1998, it had the consumer's perspective in mind, particularly about how to accentuate the texture of shark fins using the hardware facilities. Under this premise, a spacious building with a space of more than 300 pings , well-laid out, and meticulously decorated provides consumers with a well-pampered dining environment. The rich-in-animal-gelatine shark fin is considered as an upscale food ingredient by Chinese and foreigners. Because shark fin itself has very bland taste, it is not easy, culinary-wise, to make it tasty.
