Link is a gourmet restaurant in Yilan that focuses on Taiwanese cuisine. It is a new brand created by Du Hsiaw Uyea Chinese Seafood Cuisine after 40 years of being in business. Chef owner, Chen Zhao-Lin, travels the world, and wonders why, despite the fresh ingredients and numbers of hard working chefs, Taiwanese cuisine can not compete with the cuisines from the rest of the world. He then decides to market to the international arena by using the soy paste at the bottom of the fermenting urn, the fermented tofu made by his mother, and the culinary technique left by his father. Link, built on its word of mouth reputation, not only won twenty media reports and recommendations, it also garnered many awards.
宜蘭にある台湾料理をメインとした店で、40 年続く「宜蘭渡小月」が新たな部門としてオープンさせた。オーナーシェフ陳兆麟さんは世界各地を渡り歩いた後、新鮮な食材も腕のよいコックも数多くいながら世界にあまり知られていない台湾料理を遺憾に思い、甕の底の醤油、阿母が作った豆腐乳、阿父が残した技法で多くの腕利きコックたちと共に国際舞台を目指してきた。
